Bella’s Candles in Round Top Village got its start when proprietor Gretchen Carr and her mother began experimenting with candlemaking in her home kitchen. A self-professed luxury candle aficionado, Carr continued to refine her ingredients and technique, using a variety of vintage vessels to hold her hand poured concoctions of scented oils and wax. Eventually, as her skills advanced, she decided to open her own candle shop -- Bella's Candles; all of the candles available for sale at the boutique are triple-scented with luxurious fragrances and have been developed in collaboration with a master perfumer.
